At LBV, SC must be played three times (e.g., 10 SC must see 30 SC of play), and you need at least 95 SC to request a redemption. If either rule isn’t satisfied, the request cannot proceed.

Fix it: Switch to SC mode, keep playing until your “played SC” meets both the 3× playthrough and the 95 SC minimum, then submit your request again.

KYC & Verification Issues

Processing Windows & Frequency Limits

What happens: Even when everything is correct, there’s a normal processing time. LBV processes one redemption per account per day, and redemptions may take up to 2 days to complete; larger prizes can take longer due to extra checks.

Players often expect instant redemptions; when funds don’t arrive immediately, it can feel like a delay.

Fix it: Plan around the window. If you’ve already redeemed today, wait until the next day to submit another.

If you’re within the stated time frame, avoid cancel/resubmit loops; they don’t speed things up. For larger prizes, expect additional verification and allow extra time.

Other Blockers You Can Catch Early

• Location/eligibility problems: You must be 21+ and in an eligible jurisdiction. If you’re in an excluded location, SC redemption isn’t available.
• Multiple accounts: Redemptions can be void if multiple accounts are detected. Stick to a single, verified account.
