• Game Coins (GC) are for entertainment and can’t be redeemed.
• Sweeps Coins (SC) can be redeemed for a prize once you meet the rules below.

Quick Rules That Matter Before You Redeem

• Playthrough: SC must be played 3 times before redemption (e.g., 10 SC must be played to 30 SC of play).
• Minimum: You need at least 95 SC to redeem.
• KYC/Verification: Be prepared to verify your identity (government ID), address, and take a selfie. Sponsor may also require SSN for tax reporting.
• Frequency & timing: LBV processes one redemption per account every day; payments may take up to 2 days to process (larger prizes can take longer due to checks).

Match Your Purchase Method To Your Redemption Method

LBV ties how you bought GC bundles to how you redeem SC:

• If you purchased with a credit/debit card, you’ll redeem played SC via Breeze to a bank account.
• If you paid with cryptocurrency, you’ll use the crypto redemption path (you can switch after your wallet balance hits zero).

Choose Your Path: Breeze Or Crypto

• Breeze: Great if you purchased GC with a card and want funds in your bank. You’ll complete Breeze’s verification flow the first time you redeem. 
• Crypto payout: Perfect if you paid for GC with crypto. Double-check the exact wallet address and network before confirming. Supported options include BTC, ETH (ERC-20), SOL, TRON, and USDC/USDT across several networks. Typical on-chain times range from seconds (SOL/TRON/Polygon) to minutes (ETH/BSC), and up to ~10–15 minutes for BTC. 

Troubleshooting: Quick Fixes For Common Blockers

• Under 95 SC or not entirely played? Keep playing SC mode until you meet both the 3× playthrough and the 95 SC minimum.
• Method mismatch (card vs. crypto)? Redeem using the same method you used to purchase—or zero your balance to switch going forward.
• KYC hiccups? Re-submit clear photos (no glare), ensure your address matches your ID, and complete any requests from the provider.
• Ineligible location or multiple accounts? Redemptions may be void—check eligibility and ensure you’re using a single, verified account.
