THESE OFFICIAL RULES GOVERN AND CONTROL THE SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED BY SPONSOR AND ARE CONSIDERED TO BE PART OF THE TERMS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE OFFICIAL RULES INCORPORATE SECTION 16 OF THE TERMS, WHICH INCLUDE MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS. ANY CAPITALIZED TERMS NOT EXPRESSLY DEFINED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES HAVE THE MEANING SET FORTH IN THE TERMS.
1. Sponsor/Promoter
1.1 LBV Social, LLC (the “Company” or “Sponsor”), 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, Delaware 19808, is the sole Sponsor/Promoter of the Sweepstakes.
1.1 Apple® and Google® are not sponsors of, responsible for conducting, or involved with the Sweepstakes in any manner.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Sponsor Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington and West Virginia, and where otherwise prohibited) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
2.2 By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants (“Entrants” or “Participants”) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Official Rules. If a Participant is, in the Sponsor’s best judgment, determined to have participated in unethical behavior, the Sponsor reserves the right to limit or exclude the Participant from the Sweepstakes.
2.3 The following individuals are not eligible or win a prize: officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies or of any other parties involved in the operation of the Sweepstakes and each of the immediate family members of such excluded individuals (i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings and the “steps” of each) and all persons living in the same household of each (collectively, the “Limited Participants”). Sponsor may permit Limited Participants to engage in Games offered on the Site (as defined below) for entertainment, marketing and/or promotional purposes only. Limited Participants may not redeem Sweeps Coins (as defined below) for a Prize or participate in any leaderboard or other features establishing a competition among Participants. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may designate any number of individuals, including Limited Participants, to engage in Games offered on the Site for entertainment, marketing and promotional purposes only. Any such designated individual may not redeem Sweeps Coins for a Prize or participate in any leaderboards or other feature establishing a competition among Participants.
2.4 The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of a Participant to determine whether the Sweepstakes is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides.
3. Overview
3.1 Sponsor gives away sweepstakes entries referred to as “Sweeps Coins” as set out in these Official Rules. Sweeps Coins can only be used to play sweepstakes games for a chance to accumulate eligible Sweeps Coins that can be redeemed for cryptocurrency (“Prize”) subject to the terms of these Official Rules. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased under any circumstances.
3.2 Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all of the requirements set out in these Official Rules.
4. Sweepstakes Entry Period
The Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules begins on the first day of the current month at 12:00:00 a.m. EST and is scheduled to end on the last day of the current month at 11:59:59 p.m. EST. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
5. Odds of Winning
5.1 Odds of winning virtual coins will vary for each Game and will be published by the Sponsor and visible to all Participants on the Site.
5.2 Sponsor reserves the right to change the Prize win rates and payout odds of any of the games at any time. A participant can obtain the actual and any amended details of any game at the point of entering an amount to play in the game. It is a participant’s responsibility to check the Prize available on each occasion before they participate.
6. How to Collect Sweeps Coins
6.1 To participate, You must have an active account on the Site (“User Account”). If you do not have a User Account, you can create one free of charge at https://luckybitsvegas.com (the “Site”). To enter the Sweepstakes, a Participant must access the Site and sign into their User Account.
6.2 Once a Participant has accessed the Site, there are several potential ways for an eligible Participant to collect Sweeps Coins:
6.2.1 Receive Sweeps Coins for free by Collecting a Daily Bonus: You will be awarded a set number of free Sweeps Coins the first time You log into Your User Account each day.
6.2.2 Receive Sweeps Coins as a Free Bonus When Purchasing Lucky Bits Vegas Casino Coins, Game Coins and/or Diamonds (collectively, “LBV Coins”): You may receive Sweeps Coins as a bonus upon the purchase of specifically marked packs of LBV Coins. LBV Coins can be used for freemium play on the Site. LBV Coins cannot be redeemed for a Prize. The number of Sweeps Coins a Participant will receive as a bonus for each relevant LBV Coin purchase will be identified on the Site. All purchases of LBV Coins are final and no refunds will be given.
6.2.3 Receive Sweeps Coins For Free When Entering Sweeps Coins No-Cost Giveaway Promotions or Contests: The Sponsor reserves the right to hold Sweeps Coins no-cost giveaway promotions and/or contests which users can enter by following instructions that will be provided by the Company. These promotions and/or contests may require a Participant to satisfy certain specific terms and/or conditions to be eligible for entry and/or to receive Sweeps Coins. The amount of Sweeps Coins given away will be stated in the terms and conditions applicable to the promotion and/or contest, and will be credited to each contest winner’s account at the conclusion of the promotion and/or contest. may be subject to additional restrictions and rules as referenced in the giveaway materials at the time of the contest, as well as in the Official Rules in effect at the time.
6.2.4 Mail-In Entry (Alternate Mode of Entry): An Authorized Account Holder (defined below) can receive free Sweeps Coins by sending a Request Card (defined below) via mail as follows:
6.2.4.1 Send a 4 inch by 6 inch standard postcard or blank piece of paper made to size (“Request Card”) to LBV Social, LLC, LBV Sweeps Coin Request, PO Box 602 Mahwah, NJ 07430.
6.2.4.2 The Request Card is required to be placed in a standard, white, one-sided, unfolded, unlined #10 envelope, from the same state as the Authorized Account Holder’s verified residential address.
6.2.4.3 The Authorized Account Holder must legibly handwrite the following on the outer envelope in the following order:
6.2.4.3.1 On the top left of the front of the envelope, the Authorized Account Holder’s return address;
6.2.4.3.2 On the back mid-center (not top) of the envelope, the unique Mail-In Code generated to the Authorized Account Holder’s Player Account while logged on to the Platform in the format displayed on the screen. Any other format will be invalid (instructions on how to obtain the Mail-In Code are below).
6.2.4.4 On the top left of the Request Card, the Authorized Account Holder must legibly handwrite in the following order, in landscape layout, on only one side of the card, which should then be inserted inside the envelope (the Request Card is required to unfolded):
6.2.4.4.1 The Authorized Account Holder’s full name as shown on the Authorized Account Holder’s Player Account;
6.2.4.4.2 The Authorized Account Holder’s e-mail address registered to the Authorized Account Holder’s Player Account;
6.2.4.4.3 The Mail-In Code (instructions on how to obtain the Mail-In Code are below) generated in the Authorized Account Holder’s Player Account while logged on to the Platform in the format displayed on the screen (any other format will be invalid); and
6.2.4.4.4 The return residential address as listed on their government issued identification associated with the Authorized Account Holder’s Player Account.
6.2.4.5 On the top right of the Request Card, the Authorized Account Holder must legibly handwrite the date on which the Request Card was prepared.
6.2.4.6 Additionally, on the front side of the Request Card, the Authorized Account Holder must write the following statement below the information required above: “I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in Sweeps Play on Lucky Bits Vegas.”
6.2.4.7 LIMIT ONE (1) MAIL-IN ENTRY/REQUEST CARD PER OUTER ENVELOPE.
6.2.4.8 THE SPONSOR’S ADDRESS AND ALL SUCH INFORMATION LISTED ON THE ENVELOPE AND REQUEST CARD MUST BE HANDWRITTEN. A Participant must ensure that their handwriting is legible. If the Participant’s handwriting is not legible, the entry will be void and the Sweeps Coins will not be credited to the Participant’s Player Account. The legibility of a Participant’s handwriting will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
6.2.4.9 In order for a Request Card to be processed and deemed valid, it must possess a unique Mail-In Code. A Mail-In Code is a unique code that Participants can obtain by following the steps outlined in these Official Rules. A Mail-In Code is unique, can only be used once by the Player whose Player Account was used to generate the Mail-In Code and expires 60 days after it is displayed. The purpose of a Mail-In Code is to assist with the efficient and effective processing of a Participant’s Request Card. Request Cards containing an expired Mail-In Code at the time of processing will be void. A MAIL-IN CODE CAN ONLY BE USED BY THE PARTICIPANT WHOSE PLAYER ACCOUNT WAS USED TO GENERATE THAT MAIL-IN CODE (E.G., THE AUTHORIZED ACCOUNT HOLDER). Any Participant suspected by Sponsor to have directly or indirectly provided a Mail-In Code to another person may, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, be disqualified and lose their eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. A Mail-In Code can be obtained by following the following steps:
6.2.4.9.1 Sign into your Player Account;
6.2.4.9.2 Select the side bar and scroll down to the link that says “My Account.” On the “My Account” tab, you will be able to select the button “Get Mail-In Code.” The Mail-In Code is then displayed for a period of time to enable a Participant to record it on the outer envelope (as described above) containing the Request Card.
6.2.4.10 A Participant will receive three (3) Sweeps Coins per mail-in request. Subject to verification and compliance as set forth in these Official Rules, the Sweeps Coins will be added to the Participant’s Player Account.
6.2.4.11 All required information must be written in one color of ink (black ink is recommended). The use of multiple colors will result in disqualification of the Request Card. Failure to comply with any of the requirements set out in this Section will result in disqualification of that particular Request Card.
6.2.4.12 The request must only be made by the Authorized Account Holder. The name written on the Request Card must match the name associated with the Authorized Account Holder’s Player Account. If the name provided to the Company upon registration of the Player Account is different from the name on the Request Card, the Request Card will be deemed invalid and the Player must submit a request to change the name associated with their Player Account.
6.2.4.13 Tampering with the entry process or the operation of Platform, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the Sweeps Coin entry process or to unfairly assist the Player with meeting the handwritten requirement, is prohibited and any Request Cards deemed by the Company, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. Any Player caught tampering with the Request Card process, outsourcing the drafting of Request Cards or manipulating Request Card entries will result in disqualification of their Request Cards and suspension or termination of the Player Account.
6.2.4.14 In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the Player who actually submitted a Request Card or whether a request satisfies the requirements set forth above cannot be resolved to the Company's satisfaction, the affected Request Card will be deemed ineligible.
6.2.4.15 The Company is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected Mail-In Requests or allocations.
6.2.4.16 The Company reserves the right to add or alter the Mail-In Request process. The Company will allow for a grace period for those Request Cards already in the mail but not received by the Company before any update to these Official Rules. All dates will be cross-referenced to the date written on the Request Card and postmark. If it is determined that the Player has tampered with the initial date written on the Request Card or with the postmark, the Request Card will be disqualified. Any Request Card received after the grace period expires will be reviewed in accordance with the updated Official Rules.
6.2.4.17 Please note the following rules regarding Request Card submissions, which if not followed, could result in the suspension or termination of your Player Account:
6.2.4.17.1 Information regarding the status of pending Request Cards will not be available until the review, approval, and crediting of Request Cards is complete;
6.2.4.17.2 The Company will be unable to provide updates on the status of Request Cards until the review period is complete;
6.2.4.17.3 All qualifying and approved Request Cards will be credited to the Player Account which meet the Request Card requirements described in these Official Rules;
6.2.4.17.4 The Company is only able to comment and advise on approved and credited Request Cards and is unable to provide information on non-qualifying and disqualified Request Cards;
6.2.4.17.5 The Company will only be able to advise on questions related to Request Card format if the Player provides a picture or copy of their Request Card. No template Request Card will be provided;
6.2.4.17.6 Disqualified Request Cards will not be reconsidered, all decisions related to Request Card approval are final and no reconsiderations will be allowed; and
6.2.4.17.7 Any missing Request Cards or Request Cards that do not reach the Company will not qualify for approval.
6.3 Sweeps Coins may be forfeited if a Participant’s User Account is suspended or closed for any reason, including at the Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Using Sweeps Coins to Play Games
7.1 An Entrant must be the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address used in connection with the Entry. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the e-mail address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
7.2 Participants with Sweeps Coins can use their Sweeps Coins to play sweepstakes games on the Site for a chance to win additional Sweeps Coins. Sweeps Coins accumulated through game play can be redeemed for a Prize in accordance with these Official Rules.
7.3 Only games played with Sweeps Coins provide the opportunity to win additional Sweeps Coins that may be redeemed for a Prize subject to these Official Rules.
7.4 Sweeps Coins that have been won through game play (rather than collected using one of the methods described in Section 6 above) and are accumulated by Participant may be redeemed for a Prize, subject to maximum and minimum prize redemption amounts stated in these Official Rules. Sweeps Coins possess no real monetary value and may only be used to request a prize redemption to be approved and processed by the Sponsor. Approval is subject to Participant completing all verifications to confirm eligibility and adherence to all of the Official Rules and Terms of the Site.
7.5 The use of automated or systematic methods of play to win and/or redeem Sweeps Coins for a Prize is strictly prohibited. Utilizing methods such as utilizing multiple accounts and identities and other collusive methods are not permitted and may result in account closure and forfeiture of Sweeps Coins, in the sole discretion of Sponsor.
7.6 Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, the game and the amount of winnings are final and binding.
7.7 Sweeps Coins obtained by any method in Section 6 are not immediately available for redemption of a Prize and must be used at least once in a Sweeps Coins game before they shall be considered eligible toward a Prize redemption request. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, require that any Sweeps Coins allocated to a Participant under any method in Section 6 must be used more than one (1) time in any combination of Sweeps Coins games before they are eligible to be redeemed.
7.8 Sweeps Coins that are eligible for redemption may continue to be played until You submit a redemption request. Sweeps Coins that are eligible for redemption may also be combined with Sweeps Coins that are not yet eligible for redemption in the event that a combination of ineligible and eligible Sweeps Coins is necessary to cover the minimum amount required for game play.
8. Prizes and Prize Redemption
8.1 The right to receive a Prize cannot be transferred or assigned.
8.2 You must accumulate a minimum of one hundred (100) Sweeps Coins eligible to be redeemed in order to submit a request for a Prize. For purposes of redemption only, one (1) Sweeps Coin will be redeemable for one dollar ($1.00) in Prize. Sweeps Coins possess no monetary value until redeemed. To redeem Sweeps Coins for a Prize, You must click on the redeem button on the Site and follow the redemption instructions. If you require assistance with the redemption process, please contact Customer Support at support@luckybitsvegas.com.
8.3 The Prize is subject to availability, and if the Prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the Prize with one of comparable or greater retail value. No prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refund purchases in lieu of processing a prize redemption.
8.4 Sponsor reserves the right to charge handling and/or payment processing fees for processing the redemption of Prizes.
8.5 Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local or other applicable taxes associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize. Each winner agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor may be required to withhold and remit a portion of Prize value to comply with applicable tax laws. Each winner also agrees to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or any other information Sponsor may require in connection with applicable tax reporting or withholding requirements or other laws or regulations.
8.6 All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specifically provided herein are the responsibility of the winner.
8.7 You acknowledge and agree that it in some circumstances it may take up to ten (10) days to process the payment of any redeemed Prizes to you. Redemption of prizes may experience delays due to our identity verification process. Prizes of $600 or more may require a longer processing time than usual due to security and fraud checks and may also be allocated in more than one equivalent lump sum. We make our best efforts to process requests within the quoted amount of time but do not guarantee processing times for prizes.
8.8 We will only process one prize redemption request per user account in any forty-eight (48) hour period.
8.9 The maximum redemption of a Prize won by a single participant during any Sweepstakes Entry Period is limited to the value of US $5,000 in Florida per Sweepstakes Entry Period (“Maximum Redemption”). Any requested redemption in excess of the Maximum Redemption will not be paid to the Participant during the period, but must be deferred until the next Sweepstakes Entry Period. Sponsor reserves the right to limit the value of any prize redemptions to Ten Thousand USD ($10,000 USD) per calendar day and one hundred thousand USD ($100,000 USD) per calendar month (or as otherwise required by Sponsor’s payment providers). Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change these limits at any time without notice to You.
8.10 You acknowledge and agree that We may, in Our sole discretion, from time to time, appoint one or more payment administration agents to accept payments from players on Our behalf. A payment administration agent will have the same rights, powers and privileges that we have under the Terms and these Official Rules and will be entitled to exercise or enforce their rights, powers and privileges as Our agent or in their own name. In no event shall We be liable to any player for any loss, damage or liability resulting from the payment administration agent’s negligence and/or acts beyond the authority given by Us.
8.11 If We mistakenly credit your User Account at any time with Sweeps Coins that do not belong to You, whether due to a technical error, human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of Sponsor and will be deducted from Your User Account. If You have been issued a Prize that does not belong to You, the value of the mistakenly issued Prize will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by You to Us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, You are obliged to notify Us through Customer Support at support@luckybitsvegas.com. Sponsor, at all times, reserves the right to deduct Sweeps Coins from Your User Account or otherwise charge or adjust Your User Account to correct errors.
8.12 It is Your responsibility to retain copies of transaction records and these Official Rules as updated from time to time.
9. Verification & Confirmation of Potential Winners
9.1 POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR (IN ANY MANNER IT MAY CHOOSE) AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE ONLINE SCREEN INDICATES THEY ARE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE PARTICIPANT HAS FULLY COMPLIED WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. SPONSOR MAY REQUIRE VERIFICATION EACH TIME PARTICIPANT SEEKS TO REDEEM SWEEPS COINS FOR A PRIZE.
9.2 Participants may be required to successfully complete a Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) Verification process (in addition to any other verification reviews required by the Sponsor) provided by the Sponsor to validate eligibility to participate before redeeming any Prize. The Sponsor may require Participants to complete a KYC Verification process each time a Participant seeks to redeem Sweeps Coins for a Prize and is not limited to one such verification process. This may include, but is not limited to, providing proof of a valid government-issued photo identification, biometric facial scan recognition, proof of address and validation of social security number.
9.3 Potential prize winners must comply with these Official Rules, and winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all of the requirements set out in these Official Rules.
9.4 If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to properly execute and return any required affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable), fails to comply with these Official Rules, or if the Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the Prize.
10. Disputes
Section 16 of the Terms (Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Agreement) is incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein. By agreeing to these Official Rules, You agree to be bound by Section 16 of the Terms.
11. Entry Conditions and Release
11.1 By participating, each Participant agrees to:
11.1.1 Comply with and be bound by:
11.1.2.1 The Terms, including without limitation, any ethical provisions as set forth in the Terms;
11.1.2.2 These Official Rules; and
11.1.2.3 The decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final.
11.1.2 Release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a Participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of prizes (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, and exploitation or use of entry.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a Prize, the winner hereby grants Sponsor and its representatives an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and sub-licensable right and license to use, distribute, and publicly display the winner’s name, the contents of any posts, and information about the Prize award, in any way, at any time, in any and all media, including without limitation, for use in advertising and marketing, without any additional approval or consideration. By accepting a Prize, the winner represents and warrants that he or she has the right to grant the foregoing license.
13. Damages and Disqualification
13.1 Sponsor may actively seek damages from any person acting in bad faith to undermine the legitimate function of the Sweepstakes to the fullest extent permitted by law. You may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes if you violate these Official Rules or our Terms.
13.2 Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In all other cases, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes. Any notice regarding cancellation, suspension, and/or modification will be posted on the Site.
14. General Terms
14.1 Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, or any part of the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, with immediate effect owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make it unavoidable if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
14.2 Any notice regarding cancellation, suspension and/or modification will be posted by Sponsor on the Website. In the event of modifying the sweepstakes, a participant’s continued enrollment and/or participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
14.3 Any Participant posting or seen to be posting comments on Sponsor’s social media pages or elsewhere during the course of the Sweepstakes that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other participants or any other user of the Site, or directly aimed at Sponsor, will have their comments removed and will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to alert the operators of any social media sites to any such behavior.
15. Governing Law
15.1 All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, the rights and obligations of entrants and the winner, and the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
15.2 If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
16. Privacy
Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected and used by Sponsor and its designees for the administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
17. Winners List
For a list of the winners, send an email to Customer Support at support@luckybitsvegas.com with “Winners List Request” in the subject line. Requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
