How To Update Your Age Range

Apple has introduced a new Age Range for Apps setting that lets apps like Luck Bits Vegas confirm that a player is 18 or older without ever seeing your exact birthday.

If you previously chose “Not to share” your age range, you may now see a screen that blocks you from entering the app and asks you to update your settings in the iOS Settings app.

Follow the steps below to update your settings and get back into the Lucky Bits Vegas app.

Why Am I Seeing A Message About My Age?

Because of new rules in certain U.S. states (including Texas), Apple now requires some apps to confirm the account’s age range using the app.

Instead of sharing your exact birthday, Apple only sends an age bracket (for example: over 18), which helps apps provide age-appropriate experiences while keeping your date of birth private.

If you tap Don’t Allow when the system asks to share your age range, Lucky Bits Vegas can’t confirm that you’re 18 or older, and you’ll be blocked from entering the app.

Update Your Age Range Settings For Lucky Bits Vegas

These steps are for an adult using their own iPhone or iPad:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. At the top, tap your name (your Apple ID banner).
3. Tap Personal Information.
4. Tap Age Range for Apps.
5. Under the list of apps that have requested your age range, find and tap “Lucky Bits Vegas”.
6. Tap Share Age Range Again. This tells Apple to let Lucky Bits Vegas ask for your age range the next time you open the app.
7. Close Settings.

Finish In The Lucky Bits Vegas App

1. Open the Lucky Bits Vegas app again.
2. When the Apple system prompt appears, choose Share Age Range.
3. If your Apple account’s age range is 18 or over, you’ll now be allowed into the app.

What If I don’t See Lucky Bits Vegas In The List?

If you don’t see Lucky Bits Vegas under Settings → [your name] → Personal Information → Age Range for Apps, try the following:

• Make sure your device is updated to the latest version of iOS.
• Open the Lucky Bits Vegas app again and wait for the Apple age-range prompt to appear.
• If you still have issues, contact Lucky Bits Vegas Support or Apple Support, and mention that you’re trying to update the Age Range for Apps settings for Lucky Bits Vegas.

Privacy Reminder

• The Lucky Bits Vegas app does not see your exact birthday.
• Apple only shares an age range, which is enough for the app to confirm you’re 18+ and provide an appropriate experience.

You can change your Age Range for Apps sharing preference at any time in Settings, using the same path described above.
