LBV has a number of measures in place to ensure that for its customers' social gameplay remains a fun, safe leisure pursuit. This includes self-exclusion programs, and training customer service staff to recognize the signs of problem social gaming and addiction.

  • Only engage in social gameplay when you are in a good mood and feeling clear headed.

2. UNDERAGE SOCIAL GAMING STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to participate in the games offered on the Platform. Underage social gaming is strictly prohibited on the Platform.

3. PURCHASE LIMITS:

Planning ahead and setting boundaries is key to responsible gaming. The Company offers a purchase limit tool on the Platform that allows you to set financial boundaries for your account. You can customize these limits for one (1), seven (7) or thirty (30) days, helping you manage your spending and keep it within your comfort zone.

3. REALITY CHECK:

It is easy to lose track of time when you are immersed in the excitement of gaming. The "Reality Check" feature helps you stay aware of your playtime by scheduling reminders. You can set these alerts to appear every one (1), two (2) or three (3) hours, giving you a moment to pause, reflect and make informed decisions about your continued play.

4. TIME-OUT PERIOD:

Sometimes, taking a break is the best way to maintain a healthy balance. The "Time-Out Period" tool allows you to temporarily suspend your account. Choose to take a break for one (1), seven (7) or thirty (30) days, ensuring you have the space you need to recharge and return to gaming with a fresh perspective.

5. SELF-EXCLUSION AND TAKING A BREAK:

A. It is important to LBV that you have fun engaging in social gameplay on the Platform. If you would like to take a temporary break from social gameplay, you can choose to self-exclude yourself from accessing the Platform. LBV fully supports decisions to self-exclude and has systems in place to ensure this is possible.

B. If you wish to pre-emptively self-exclude yourself from accessing the Platform, you may email a request to timeout@luckybitsvegas.com. The Subject line should state "SELF-EXCLUDE FROM LBV" and the email should include the following minimal information to allow identification of your account:

i. Your full name; and

ii. The User ID and/or email address associated with your Player Account.

Your Player Account will be promptly disabled by the Customer Support team upon receipt of your self-exclusion request. The self-exclusion request will be flagged by as urgent and will be escalated to the level of highest priority. Furthermore, within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of your self-exclusion request (or within the hours of 9am-9pm EST on the next closest business day), a Customer Support team member will reach out to you via email to obtain further information to execute a more formal exclusion period based on your needs.

C. In the event you wish to close your account due to a gaming problem, simply contact us at support@luckybitsvegas.com and we will process this request as soon as reasonably practical.

D. To self-exclude yourself from the Platform for a temporary period of time, you may tell the customer service representative that you wish to self-exclude yourself for a set amount of time. This can be a specific number of days, weeks or months. Once the period of time has been determined, the exclusion period cannot be reversed until the period expires.

E. To self-exclude yourself for an indefinite period of time, you may tell the customer service representative that you wish to self-exclude yourself for an indefinite amount of time. A request to lift an indefinite period of self-exclusion will be granted three (3) months after LBV receives such a request.

F. The self-exclusion period will begin once the customer service representative obtains all the necessary information relating to your specific needs. In the event you can still access the Platform after receiving the confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact LBV and inform it that your account is still active. If you fail to respond to the customer service representative, your account will be suspended for an indefinite period.

G. During the self-exclusion period, your Player Account will be temporarily deactivated and you will not have any access to the Platform. Should you require access to your account history, information, payments and/or winnings, you may contact LBV at support@luckybitsvegas.com. Additionally, during a self-exclusion period, you will no longer receive any marketing materials from LBV. Further, LBV recommends that you seek self-exclusion from any and all other computer game platforms you have active accounts with.

H. LBV reserves the right to exclude you from the Platform for either a any period of time in LBV's sole discretion if there are reasons that indicate that you may have a gaming problem.

I. Please note that any self-exclusion period or limits set only apply to the Player Account associated with the User ID, email address and other information provided by you to LBV's customer service team. Possessing more than one Player Account with Lucky Bits Vegas is prohibited by its Terms of Use, however, in the event that you have more than one Player Account, the restrictions discussed in this Policy will not apply to additional Player Accounts. Separate requests are required to be submitted for each Player Account. Further, LBV will not be liable to any Player who knowingly attempts to engage in fraud and attempts to open or open a new Player Account by registering and/or logging on to the Platform using different methods including, but not limited to, using different email addresses, using false names or playing as a guest. See Terms of Use more information on limitations on liabilities.

J. LBV invites you to ask yourself the questions below. The more you answer "yes", the more likely you may be developing a problem social gameplay issue and should consider self-excluding yourself from the Platform. If you feel you have a social gameplay problem, LBV strongly advises you to seek help immediately. Admitting you have a problem is not a sign of weakness -- it is the first step to reclaiming your life.

(i) Do you prefer to stay away from work or family due to social gameplay?

(ii) Have you had repeated failed attempts to stop or control social gameplay?

(iii) Have you ever borrowed money to engage in social gameplay or pay gaming debts?

(iv) Do you engage in social gameplay to escape worry or trouble?

(v) Do you at times neglect caring for yourself or family in order to engage in social gameplay?

(vi) Have you ever lied about the amount of time and money spent on social gameplay?

(vii) Have you ever sold or pawned personal possessions to get money to engage in social gameplay?

(viii) Have you ever had feelings of hopelessness or depression as a result of engaging in social gameplay?
